每月问一次「你现在记得我哪些事」，删掉过期、错误、过度私人的内容。Once a month, ask what it remembers about you, then delete stale, wrong, or overly personal items.
不想被记住的内容，用 Temporary Chat；不是事后再靠删除补救。Use Temporary Chat for anything you do not want remembered; do not rely on cleanup afterward.
